Almonds
Beans
Carrots
Chickpeas

Welcome to my toasted almonds, green beans, baby carrots & chickpea recipe!
It’s yummy, healthy & extremely easy to make as a side or even
as a main meal. Just simply adjust the amount of ingredients you use based on
how many people you’re serving!
What you need;
- Organic chickpeas
- Almonds
- Baby carrots
- Green Beans
- Clove of crushed garlic
- 1 tsp of coconut oil
Prep time – 10 mins
Cooking time - 5-10 mins
Firstly, grab the baby carrots, beans & chickpeas
- rinse & wash. Then get out your chopping board, cut the ends off the
green beans & baby carrots. Peel the baby carrots & cut both the baby
carrots & the green beans in half.
Grab
the almonds & crush OR cut up into small pieces with a knife. Be careful
doing this because the almonds can go flying! Once they are chopped into small
pieces get your garlic clove & crush it ready to pop into the pan.
Then
what you need to do is grab your 1 tsp of coconut oil & heat it in the saucepan
(Be sure not to burn, don't turn the heat up too high!) then put the garlic
into the pan once heated & after 1 minute pop the baby carrots, green
beans, chickpeas & almonds into the saucepan for 6 minutes with the lid on
the saucepan & stirring every few minutes then you're DONE! Serve & enjoy

hope you enjoyed this post :) If you liked this recipe share it with your
